(e.g. Offering tuition reimbursement from Texas Children’s Hospital & Incentives for retention from Innova Hospital)

Creates Two Stakeholder Group Analyses for Two Selected Solutions

Creates two thorough stakeholder group analyses, including at least five stakeholder groups for each selected solution. You are supposed to present stakeholder analysis for both solutions—one set of stakeholders analysis for each solution.

Stakeholder Analysis for the Frist Solution (e.g. Offering tuition reimbursement)

The stakeholder analysis for the first solution should include at least five stakeholder groups involved (e.g. patients, hospital executive administration, accounting, Human Resources (HR), marketing, third-party payers, etc.). As part of your analysis, address the following questions:

  • Who is impacted?

  • What change processes may be required?

  • What fiscal impact would occur?

  • What are the ethical, legal, and diversity risk factors involved?

Stakeholder Analysis for the Second Solution (e.g. Incentives for retention)

The stakeholder analysis for the second solution should include at least five stakeholder groups involved (e.g. patients, hospital executive administration, accounting, Human Resources (HR), marketing, third-party payers, etc.). As part of your analysis, address the following questions:

  • Who is impacted?

  • What change processes may be required?

  • What fiscal impact would occur?

  • What are the ethical, legal, and diversity risk factors involved?

  • What fiscal impact would occur?

  • What are the ethical, legal, and diversity risk factors involved?

Recommends the Best Solution for Ashford General Hospital

Recommends a fully relevant solution with a detailed justification that thoroughly explains why it is the best and most viable solution given the financial impact, HR issues, and interpersonal dynamics of hospital personnel, cultural shift, and change management. Based upon the stakeholder analysis, you are supposed to cherry pick the final winner from the two solutions. (e.g. Based upon two stakeholder analyses, you recommend tuition reimbursement as the best solution for AGH.)

Conclusion

Your conclusion, in just one paragraph, should be a summary of your essay and should repeat the main ideas. Do not introduce new ideas in Conclusion. Since it is a summary, there should have no in-text citation.
