Introduction

Cell phones have made life easy than ever before. Cell phones have eased communication more than ever before. With cell phones, people can communicate anytime from anywhere in the world in different ways. However, while cell phones have been attributed with numerous uses and advantages, many people have been raising concerns that cell phones are harmful. Cellphones have made society lazy in ways and in some cases cause health problems.

Thesis statement

Many people know that cell phones are useful to human beings and believe that they cannot harm human beings; this is far from truth because cell phones are dangerous.

Distractions

Cell phones have become a distraction to people society. We all observe the zombies everywhere. They cross the street while looking at their phones. Many car accidents occur do to cellphones. Even some games that are created on phones become addictive to some people where people Payless attention to what is going in the world half of the time.

Destruction of human person-to-person communication

People don’t even meet face to face anymore. We as people would rather talk over the phone than to become social in the world.

Cancer

Cell phones are known to cause cancer. Many researches currently established that cell phones emit hazardous electromagnetic waves (EMF), which are associated with the development of cancer- particularly brain cancer.

Rendered other electronics obsolete

Cell phones have made many other electronics obsolete by destroying buyers’ choice. Individuals are no longer seeking to buy a camera because you can use a phone and plug it to a computer for pictures or take it Walmart and upload it to print out pictures, don’t even buy portable sound recorder or many other gadgets whose function can now be offered by modern cell phone. People are now capable of downloading an application for a flashlight, barcode scanners, you name it. No need to buy CDs anymore when you have apps that give out free music downloads.

Enables government to track everything citizens do

Smart cell phones offer a way for government to track everything people do. Thanks to smart phones, now essentially everything an individual does is easily tracked. The place you are, sites that you visit, people that you text, and whatever you say to other people, the pictures you take on your phone, among others are all tracked and known by the government because they are all in the database of your cell phone company’s records. Every phone is coming with google and it keeps up with everywhere you go making it easier to track you down or tell you whereabouts.

Conclusion

Cell phones have now become dangerous than useful. This is because they affect every aspect of modern life.
