Dirt still remains that element in our lives that we cannot ignore or permanently eliminate especially when dealing with dishes. As a result we decided to promote Bliss Cleaning Pro Dishwasher. An invention like no other, with the slogan “Cleaning dreams finally met.” This is an enduring solution ensuring no more stress after parties or any occasion as Bliss Cleaning Pro is fitted with the latest technologies to ensure that all stains are appropriately removed.

Company Name: Bliss Inc.

The company’s name is Bliss Inc., an international appliance store headquartered in Alabama’s Capital, Montgomery. The company deals with Home Appliances, Kitchen Appliances, and Laundry Products. Additionally, the company also specializes in appliance repair. A wide range of kitchen and household products ranging from dishwashers, disposers, refrigerators, freezers, ice makers, wine coolers, cooktops, stoves, wall ovens, ranges, microwaves, and hoods. Laundry products range from top load washers, front load washers, dryers, pedestals, and stackable washers. The company also receives the featured brands from a number of reputable distributors such as Hotpoint, KitchenAid, U-line, GE, GE café, and Whirlpool. The company now seeks to introduce an energy saving Dishwasher into the market.

Why the Potential Buyer Should Buy the Product.

By launching this specific dishwasher in the market, the company seeks to provide an energy-saving appliance for dishwashing. Renowned for advanced technology and other technical advancements, the equipment will provide an extremely fast dishwashing session. In addition, the dishwasher is equipped with an advanced technique where all kinds of dishes, glassware and pans can be washed thoroughly. With the introduction of a super energy efficient appliance, consumers will save money on water and power costs. Furthermore, the dishwasher will save people a lot of time, especially, the working class, with its shorter wash cycles. This is an opportunity nobody wants to miss.

Process of Creating the Ad

The process of creating an advert is not copying and pasting but rather a process that involves different tasks. You don’t want to enter the market without having all the facts right. The following are some of the processes followed while creating the dishwasher advertisement.

The first step involved is being briefed about the product. This was to ensure that there was enough understanding of the product and one could answer any questions related to the product.

The second step was identifying the purpose or the objective of the advertisement. This helps in knowing the message that is to be communicated to the audience.

The next step is research. Understanding the markets behavior was crucial and it assisted us in knowing what competitors are available and the type of adverts they are doing, as well as, the response they are getting from the consumers.

Target audience was another fundamental factor. There was a need to identify those types of consumers that could or would likely buy the product. There needed to be no confusion here, lest the advert would be irrelevant (Landa, 2010).

The number five step was the media selection. Since the target audience had already been identified, a perfect media selection had to be made to ensure full awareness is created to the target group.

Budget was another consideration. To ensure there were no losses for the company, proper planning and budgeting had to be made to make sure there is no excess or reduced funding.

Next, was the actual designing and creating of the ad. This would later be examined for quality and efficiency of information to reach and attract the target audience.

Placement and timing of the ad come next. In relation to the target group, when and where to place the advertisement had to be identified.

The last step is execution of the ad. At this point the ad is released with perfect timing, perfect placement, and perfect creation.

Conclusion

Marketing includes the upfront research that leads to the development of the communication of a sales message. A marketing campaign starts with learning about your target customer, marketplace and competitors (Ashe-Edmunds, n.d.). Using that information, you or your team can work together to choose different types of media and create the appropriate advertisement and promotions.

Attach a paragraph narrative reflecting on your experience – problems encountered, solutions, and lessons learned.

I chose to do the project on my own rather than as a team project and had a great time doing it. I didn’t really encounter any problems but I did learn how much goes into creating a product advertisement. In hind sight, it might have been better to work in a group setting and hear other people’s ideas and perspectives on how to manage the project. It probably would have been a more creative product had other people been involved.
