Project leadership is the focus this week. Project resources are critical to the success of a project, so this week will also focus on team development and management. The individual assignment is a slide presentation that includes a discussion on project team organizational structure, managing versus leading, traits and qualities of an effective project manager, and the metrics that can be used to evaluate success.
