Individual Assignment: Leadership Styles & Diverse Teams Purpose of Assignment
This assignment provides an understanding on how to lead diverse teams and to develop a project management strategy that may assist with leading those teams. In today’s world, you, as a project manager, will work with virtual teams, individuals from other cultures and those with other differences than you may have already experienced. Assessing your own management style is key to learning how to manage the conflicts that may result out of those differences.
