After all done next is craft a Vision Statement:
Vision Statement:
In vision where you’d like to be in your career in 3-5 years.
Take the time do describe it as clearly and richly as you can.
Where do you want to be personally? (CPA or accounting management)
What do you want to be “doing”?
How will you be making a difference?
What challenges may lie along the way.
What are some of the wins and losses as well as sacrifices and rewards you might encounter alone the way?
How does your journey reflects your core values?
Carefully craft the text for an article that will be written about you in 3-5 years (you will write about yourself in 3rd person, as if you are a journalist writing about someone else)
