It is also important to arrange meetings and discuss with people in the company and promote an effective and possible decision. The great decisions will help the company achieve its objectives and goals. The vision should be aimed at making sure that the that organizational goals and objectives have been met (Bryson, 2012)

Data gathering for input to planning

Data is gathered, reviewed and analyzed at each stage of the strategic learning process. This helps identifying trends and potential direction, and is also important for the strategic planner to have a hard look at an internal analysis of the organizational strengths and weaknesses. The bakery will operate in a schedule accessible for a morning commute and after work hours. This will be planned in order to have more customers to shop at the bakery. For instance, the scans in this area will be provided with an external database on the threats portion of a SWOT. In addition, SWOT analysis is helpful in this area for the purpose of identifying any strengths and weaknesses, threats and opportunities and help in planning for the future.

A recommendation for this organization as they create the new service for the artisan bakery, is that they should create a strategy that meets the customer’s satisfaction. As the organization has multiple branches and locations throughout the region, it is important to have a security strategy for the organization to ensure that there is enough security. This has to be shaped by the organizational goals environment, and technical capabilities the business requires in order to achieve its vision. Their potential benefit is that they will ensure the organization maintains the information risks. The potential benefits outweigh their potentials costs (Stackpole&Oksendahl, 2011)
