Give an introduction of the topic that includes some background or historical information. In the main body of the text, critically analyze and assess why the topic is important, and what it means for emergency management considerations now and in the future.
Evaluate the significance, potential impacts, and the ramifications of the issue at hand. Provide your opinion, together with experts' opinions based on reference material. You may solicit the opinions of experts in the field, but make sure to refer to written material (scholarly, peer-reviewed journals and books) in order to support your thesis. In doing so, make sure to incorporate the concepts from this course into the paper. I will look for evidence of your understanding of the course material.
End your paper with a meaningful conclusion section. Don’t simply repeat what you've already described in the main body of the paper.
