How this Data can be Standardized using Norm-Referenced

Norm referenced test yields an estimate of a position of an individual in a test group in respect to the trait in a pilot sample. Test scores must be analyzed to get the estimate. The purpose of this test is to identify whether the person who took the test performed better or worse compared to the other test takers. To standardize the data, a value needs to be taken as the norm then standardized against the mean and standard deviation.
