Writing and Grammar Review I

Challenges have always been a part of life, and everyone has at one point in life been faced with a challenge. For many people, challenges have been the reason for successful innovations which have changed the way we live or view life such as technology advances. What matters the most is how best we can be able to overcome the challenges that affect us in our day to day lives and use them as learning experiences and to make ourselves better people.

One of the main challenges that I have been faced with was time management. It affected me directly as well as the people around me because I was unable to manage my time well. Time management is essential to ensure that an individual can be able to accomplish all the goals and targets that have been set either in the short run or even long run. Bing able to manage my time and achieve all that I was expected to achieve within a given timeframe had been a challenge for me in many ways.

Most of the times, I would have a set of activities that I wanted to achieve within a given time frame but got distracted and concentrated on doing other things. This was at times was so frustrating since in extreme instances I missed important deadlines and the effect of such occurrence was mostly negative. Ineffective time management leads to dissatisfaction, poor quality of work and inefficient workflow.

To deal with my time management challenge, I had to learn the various ways that I could use to ensure effective time management. I started with setting schedules and to-do lists that were manageable and had the constant reminder of what I was expected to be doing at a given time. I as well had broken in during the day so as to ensure that interruptions did not interfere with the delivery of my activities. I avoided my distractions as well and after some time I was able to manage my time entirely. I was able to overcome the challenge of time management and am now able to achieve much more.

Some formatting issues with indentation and spelling. Please see MLA format. Did you use “effect” and “affect”? Also, you’re having a little trouble locating the main subject and its corresponding verb for each sentence. With hard work and a little focus, you’ll improve! Good effort.
