The position of HR Manager is vacant at LMN Company and needs an immediate hiring of a suitable person for the position. The HR Manager will be responsible for assisting the head of the HR department in the administration of workforce for the company. He/she will also be responsible for carrying out various procedures in such cases when the upper-level management or head of the department is not on the duty. The position demands that the person must be having an experience of at least five years in any well-known government or private organization besides having a master’s degree in the field of human resource management. The selection will be made in accordance with pure merit and related principle so that a highly competent and skilled manager is selected as he will be further responsible for selecting the people for the organization.
