Instructions

PBL Project part 2 is an individual task. It is a written task completed on BBL in class under exam conditions.

Students are expected to write about their PBL projects and suggest solutions using a multidisciplinary approach.

Students are allowed to bring pre-approved bullet-point notes (no sentences, 100 words max) and a list of APA references to help them complete the task.

Write at least 500 words

Include at least two citations.

Below are the points that need to be addressed by each student;

Which topic did you choose to investigate? Food, energy, water, or waste?

Background:

Based on your video findings, summarise the main sustainability issues related to the topic you chose. Use the three pillars approach (identify environmental, social and economic issues)

Discussion (research findings):

Use your research to describe some solutions and innovative ideas or technology to help improve sustainability in your topic area. Explain the benefits in terms of the three pillars.

Reflection & recommendations:

Make at least 5 suggestions for personal action. Explain the benefits in terms of the three pillars.
