Task overview and context | You are recently appointed as the Talent and Culture Manager for a local retail company called BizOps Enterprises. On your second day at work, your CEO called you for a meeting to discuss the upcoming change in management within the organisation. During the meeting he informs you that the current financial standing of the organisation is not satisfactory and believes that change is inevitable at BizOps Enterprises and therefore, wants you to lead the way during this necessary period of change.
