hi, please look into the attached file and make a PPT of 7 to 8 slides covering all topics mentioned in the questionary.

Assessment item 3: Individual Oral Strategy Presentation

Length: 7-8 minutes

Task

Concentrating on an organisation with which you are familiar, you will be required to compile and deliver an 7-8 minute strategy presentation to your CEO (i.e. me !). The presentation will need to summarise a sustainability strategy for the next 2 to 3 years for your chosen organisation including specific key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

The presentation should be no more than 8-9 slides and cover those elements of sustainability covered in Weeks 1 to 10. You will be assessed primarily on your knowledge of sustainability and ability to package and communicate this coherently. It is important that you do not simply regurgitate the current strategy of the organisation but focus on innovative sustainability ideas for the future and their tangible, strategic benefits for the organisation, KPIs and how you will measure them.

Basic Format (Your presentation should include)

  • Cover page

  • Company Background

  • The sustainability strategy (1-2 strategies will be sufficient) with explanation and implementation process

  • Benefits of the strategies recommended to your organization

  • Challenges of implementing the strategies and how to overcome them

  • Key Performance Indicators to measure and evaluate the strategies

  • Conclusion

  • Reference List

Note*: This is sustainability subject, the strategies recommended must be based on any of the elements of sustainability that were covered in your lecture and from the prescribed textbook.
