Topic

Healthy diet ensures healthy life.

Position

A good sleep at night starts a balanced healthy diet. Many of us do not keep balance between sleep and diet that cause cumbersome, trifling, and aggression.

Audience

My target audience is millennial and young adults who are between 18 to 35 years of age. The young adults are more concerned about their health as compared to millennial, but they hardly find out time to manage their eating routine due to the workload, socializing, and other activities. The millennial, on the contrary, try to have junk food most of the time due to an easy and cheap availability of such food items. They are unable to cook healthy food themselves at home or living place. I am also a millennial and like other millennial I find it hard to fix a good nutritional meal on a daily basis.

Goal

To make my audience realize that a healthy diet is the secret of healthy life

  • A complete eight (8) hours sleep
