Involvement of Parents

As soon as it comes to involvement of parents it is important for one to be aware of what the children needs either at home or in school. A parent being involved in the growth of the child it is important in being able to know what the student requires (Boonk et, al.2018).When involvement of parents in children school activities they being able looking at how the children are behaving at school and identify what they are lacking where they are able to provide what their children require for their education. In case the parents note something which they are not agreeing with they are able to go extra mile and ask the school committee to deliberate on the matter and where the favourable resources are lacking they will enquire the government to provide what is required for the good study of the children. When parents are keen on what is happening and are involved then we expect the necessary resources to be provided and with this you are assured of the success of the students.

Secondly involving of parents is important as through this the children are able to get moral support. When we have parents involvement in their kids schooling then the children are in the direction of getting the moral support that leads to improvement of their performance (Bailey, 2017).When the children get the moral support this leads to a conducive environment for the students to be able to learn mainly because as the children work at school they are aware that their parents are concerned about their education. When we have a parent who cares about the education of the child they are able to perform better as they are aware of importance of education. For parents who are involved the children are able to go extra mile to ask for any concern or any question they might have or for a place they face a challenge which makes them feel safe hence having excellent performance.

Thirdly most of the students look at the people who are ahead of them as the role model, when parents are involved then the students will look at them as role model and they will want to be like them. Involving of parents in the studies of their children it leads to stronger relationships where the children can open up to parents and strives to become what is desired of them. When the students look at their parents as role models they will even fear to make mistakes as most tend to think the parents are right hence they should be like their parents and do what their parents are doing where the level of mistakes goes down and the students tend to portray high level of discipline. When we involve the parents in this upbringing of the children it makes them act as good role models for their children.

Finally, when we involve parents in every step of their child education this could waste the teachers time. Currently some parents treat their children as grown up and when which makes them to see their children always right as compared to the other people where they might end up arguing with teachers hence wasting the time for teachers. Due to helicopter parenting the students might become overjoyed hence they start to distract others when they see their parents around. In conclusion we have to decide whether in every step the parents will be involved and how this could affect the students and gauge whether we are going to involve them, or we should leave them out.
