Working on your own you will create a future story describing a character’s life in the future if a trend continues. In the story you need to:

  1. Explain the development of a trend

  2. What negative impacts did the trend create

  3. How did society respond to these negative impacts

  4. What was the final result of these responses

Special Instructions:

In your story you need to show that you are familiar with concepts covered on the course, such as, STEEP categories, drivers, trends, events, patterns, Causal Layered Analysis, futures wheels tool, Probability Impact Matrix. You need to apply these concepts to describing your character’s life story. Use the template provided to make sure you cover the relevant parts.
