PURPOSE OF THE CASE STUDY: Which competencies (KSAOCs: Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Competencies) are of most use to people managing Human Relations functions?

One of the most critical competencies is Emotional Intelligence. This Case Study explores the meaning and significance of Emotional Intelligence, and how it is critical in helping people to operate more effectively and compassionately in their jobs.
