This paper should be a minimum of 8 pages, typed and double spaced but not exceeding 10 pages. This does not include the title page and the reference page.

 

Online recruiting has become a very popular means of current recruiting for potential candidates. This paper will seek to determine the benefits of online recruiting and some of the drawbacks and also compare and contrast some of the current sites used.

 

Sections/ headings:

 

  • Find 3 articles that relate to online recruiting and clearly provide a summary for each article. Please state the articles when you are providing summaries. Please be sure these are clear summaries, not just throughout the paper. (45 points)

  • What is your opinion of online recruiting? (10 points)

  • What are some of the advantages of online recruiting as opposed to traditional recruiting? (15 points)

  • What are some of the disadvantages of using Zip recruiter specifically as compared to other online recruiting or traditional recruiting? (10 points)

  • Conclusion: Discuss whether or not you think that traditional recruiting still has a place in H.R. (8 points)

You may structure your paper different from the suggested headings above, however all the relevant information included above must be included in your final paper. I would strongly suggest you use the headings but they are not required. Article summaries should include all relevant information but in a concise manner, should be no more than a page for each. 


References must be included but no need to submit a cover sheet. When submitting references, even though you do not need to follow a specific format, please try to follow APA or MLA or at least be close to it.
