The post is timely because it was posted when the world is creating awareness of the vaccine and the need of the world to get vaccinated against Covid-19. The authority of the post is under the World Health organization, therefore, can be verified.

The post contains good quality information because it urges the world to support the equity of vaccine to all people regardless of their age, race, gender and ethnicity.
