The Product I choose is Axion dishwashing soap

Hello I need help with a discussion and comments to 2 peers. 1

Axion (brand) a dishwashing soap, it comes in two different forms paste or liquid.

Since I was little, I remember my grandma used this product, then my mom, now my sisters and I. we are loyal customers of this brand.

1- Hello everyone – One product brand that I consider myself loyal to is Amazon. I like the fact that I can find just about anything on the site at a lower price than competing retailers. The promotion that keeps me loyal is probably their Amazon Prime membership that allows orders to arrive in two days and their free shipping. This has come in handy during the pandemic where some goods were not available in local stores and I didn’t have to wait for them to be restocked in order to purchase them.

Something that Amazon could do that would cause me to stop buying from them is to raise shipping charges or have lengthy shipping times. I wouldn’t want to have to wait three or four weeks to receive something I order and I wouldn’t want to have to pay high shipping and handling charges. I think this would prevent me from ordering online and either wait for a product to come in to the local stores or try to find it elsewhere.

2- Hello everyone!

One brand I consider myself loyal too is American Eagle. I really enjoy the quality of their jeans in particular. They also often have a jean promotion going on that is buy one pair and get the other pair at 50% off. Although the price of their products are a little on the pricer side, the promotion helps with this. They also have a rewards program which gives you points with your purchases towards a voucher to use on a purchase. With the rewards program you also get a birthday coupon! Something the company could do that would make me stop shopping with them is get rid of the jean promotion. Without the promotion, the jeans are a little on the pricy side in my opinion and I would probably look elsewhere for jeans.
