For a company like JGL marketing strategy is vital for the success of the organization. In current business world, everything is changing regularly. Decline in environmental pressure, successful organizations should pay closer attention to regulations, external factors in the market, licenses, and resources. This can be summed up by looking at modern technology’s development, economic turmoil, and the expansion of globalization (Petersen,2015). For the US-based company, JGL marketing strategies are vital for its success which requires proper planning (Perreault,2011) which indicates that the factors for marketing strategic planning either explicitly and implicitly. The company has to identifying and selecting the target markets, marketing mix plans. The target market is the particular groups of customers whom the services are aimed (Levy,2012).

Marketing mix is the mixture of the influences that could be measured by the company to impact the customers purchasing the products(Huang, 2014). Promotion strategies are for outreach and advertising for generating and reaching the target markets (Westwood,2013). Among factors that affect the marketing strategic management, the marketing influences are designated for evaluating effectiveness.

Lacking proper marketing activity in the organizations makes the top management not to be able to have ability for deciding about market circumstances agile. For the company marketing probable customers do not know the business. This is the reason why the company has to shout out about the business as well as get their brand out. The more the people knows your business then the more customers you will have (Martin,2013). For the company to be successful in its performance it requires internal resources to compete effectively in the market.

Marketing is vital for the company as it helps in the development of products as well as services in the business which meets the needs of the target market. If the loan lender is going to adopt good marketing strategies, then it will emerge successful in the market (Burns,2014). The marketing strategies which are created will assist the company in meeting its sales objectives. For JGL emerging successful in the market will depend on the adapted strategy where the company has to look at the best strategy for succeeding in the market.

For microfinance, they are formed for alleviating poverty and assisting the poor to have access to finances. The people should also have a good plan for using the money provided as a loan to be able to pay for the loans they have taken. Through this, microfinance will be able to lend to more people and expand to other regions to assist the less fortunate in the societies.

If we are looking towards the continuity of microfinance, the government has to come up with regulations that will favor their growth and provision of financial services to those in the society. The government should also offer a good environment for the booming of the business through the provision of subsidies and even providing payments for some of the bad debts that will make microfinance grow.
