Conclusions

Every researcher goes into research work with a question and an expected outcome. After data collection, there follows analysis, interpretation, and laying out the recommendations. This research expects to establish what strategic measures Amazon has taken to meet its objectives and be among the top companies in the online retailing environment. Customer satisfaction calls for designing ways to provide a new experience with each passing day. Strategic measures undertaken by Amazon include employee empowerment, adoption of new technologies, employee motivation, and tapping into untapped markets. These measures enhance customer experience and satisfaction, increasing revenue and putting Amazon on the top of the table for online retailers.

It is expected that the respondents will provide varying feedback based on the survey questions outlined in the research design report. For instance, employees who feel treated well as they work for the company will likely say that they like their job. The opposite is true for those who feel overworked, or the company treats them below their expectations. Also, it is expected that those who find the organization's culture easy to relate to will provide positive feedback. On the other hand, those customers who will say that they can shop again with the organization will most likely have experienced excellent services from the company. Overall, it is expected that most employees will say that they like their job, are satisfied and that they work in a healthy environment. The majority of the customers will also say that they had positive experiences while shopping with the organization and thus will continue to shop.


Recommendations

Amazon must put its employees' welfare first. Employee status has a significant impact on the quality of services offered to the customers. Peaceful and mentally okay employees will increase customer service efficiency, leading to loyalty, which translates to increased sales.

Amazon should incorporate efficient technologies. Customer service systems at Amazon must be effective in customer feedback monitoring, order placement, order tracking, and consequently order fulfilment. This will improve customer service, which may result in referrals, affecting sales.

Amazon must explore untapped markets. By increasing its cover, Amazon places itself in better places for revenue collection. Technologically enabled countries like Russia would be of a positive impact on the sales and profits for Amazon. Therefore, the company should haste and conquer the market before its competitor does, or else it will have lost an impactful market.
