1. Introduction

Thesis: Homosexuals receive more discrimination at work compared to women and African Americans.

Topic Sentence: Unlike women and African Americans with executive positions in many top organizations, homosexuals' are not well represented. Therefore, there is no role model that they can seek inspiration to further succeed.

Body Paragraph

Detail 1: Discrimination at work in whichever form leads to conflict at work that negatively affects productivity. Homosexuals are likely to get discriminated against at work compared to women and African Americans.

Detail 2: Unlike women and African Americans with executive positions in many top organizations, homosexuals' are not well represented. Therefore, there is no role model that they can seek inspiration to further succeed.

Detail 3: They might also receive verbal abuse that can sometimes be involuntary due to the development of slang language that takes homosexuality as a negative attribute in anyone (Lewis et al., 2015; Rumens, 2014).

Conclusion

Many countries have also not developed or included the LGBTQ community in their employee protection legal documents. It leads to low funding to any campaigns that help report and bring the community's plight to the public.
