  1. Click on the arrow to select it (or use Ctrl+Click to select multiple arrows)

  2. Click the Format tab on the ribbon

  3. Click the Shape Outline dropdown arrow

  4. Point to Weight, and click the 3 pt option

  5. Repeat for all arrows on the critical path(s).
