Since the covid-19 era in 2020, e-commerce has increased significantly since people order products like electronics, food, clothes, and furniture from various applications delivered to their homes and offices. The primary issue I have noted is poor access to organic fruits due to high prices and unavailability in the stores. Therefore, our company already has organic fruits in stock; although most customers know about it, our prices are relatively low to ensure access.

Our company needs a new plan because we would like to introduce an e-commerce segment where customers will use their smartphones to order directly from our websites, and deliveries will be made in minutes. Therefore we will be entering the competitive virtual market, but we hope to have a higher market share since we outsource our products directly from the farmers to ensure quality. Since online sales differ from physical sales, we require a new plan to ensure we have fine-tuned blueprint on how our organization will seamlessly achieve its goals. Additionally, we acknowledge that the current e-commerce market is vast, and we will begin from a state to nation delivery services.

Our intended market is everyone aware of the importance of taking healthy and organic food to improve their health. We note that GMO products have increased significantly while organic food prices are also increasing. However, our company directly sources products from the farmers, and we have our farms to ensure the availability of constant supply. To access information, we will search the performance of other national organic product-delivering companies like Amazon that determine areas where e-commerce demand is relatively high.
