Assume the role of a Human Resources Training and Development Manager, you have noticed that your staff under the Customer Service Unit have not been performing well. You have noted that there could be some training/skills gaps.

Describe in details the four steps you could follow under Systems Model of training and development to help with the situation. Further explain how you Could use  an HRIS to help the process.

Your paper must include:

  • A title page and reference page formatted according to APA

  • At least two citations per page.

  • A minimum of three outside references
