Anhadvir, I think you actually know a lot more about the push/pull of power/powerlessness and why/how it keeps these two characters linked to each other than you set out in your letter. You choose good examples, but I was hoping that you would go on to interpret them in light of your focus. You’ll see in my comments I ask you to set out what you think is significant in terms of the interactions between the ‘boy’ and the ‘girl’ as a way of building an interpretation of the good focus your settled on. Try to be more direct and explain the ‘so what’ (is significant) and your letters will be stronger. A good beginning.
