My notes: My supervisor has more of a personal influence on me because we have known each other for over 30 years. I think I have more respect for her and regard for my job because we know each other. I think she can keep it 100 percent transparent with me, she does not need to sugar coat anything and can tell me how it is. She is a great leader and motivates us to work together and work smarter and not harder. Work is work, and friendship is friendship. We separate both relationships well and work very well together. She is practical and extremely knowledgeable about her job. We thrive because of her leadership.
