Directions: Using the topic Resources and your own research, complete the chart below.
Part 1: Budget
Consider the people, physical resources, technology, facilities, training, and other expenses related to the strategic goal you have established and create a basic budget. The budget can be created using the tool of your choice and should include both revenue and expenditures for each of the categories mentioned that apply to your particular goal.
Part 2: Funding
For each of the budget expenditures listed below, identify potential federal, state, and local funds that could be used for each line item. In addition, identify at least two competitive grants for which you could apply to offset the costs in each area. Finally, describe a potential fundraising strategy you could employ to offset the costs associated with achieving the strategic goal.
