While at the nonprofit I worked, I admired a manager who used faith, hope, and love to shape her leadership approach and create our organizational environment. She fully trusted our team's abilities, creating a supportive environment that allowed us to develop our initiatives and solutions. We found strength in how she showed hopeful foresight while sharing her optimism, which turned every difficult situation into transformational moments. Her authentic care and love toward every team member created an environment that promoted a supportive and collaborative team spirit, improved morale, and strengthened team cohesion.
Our team experienced a significant project challenge following unforeseen events, but she led us through this crisis using her key values. She brought the team together without seeking fault by affirming our problem-solving potential and joining us in generating practical solutions. This method solved the pressing problem while deepening our commitment to our organizational mission.
