Length: Assignment should be 6–8 double-spaced pages, not including the title page and references.

Resistance to Change (Chapter 8)
Discuss and apply the three organizational factors that lower stakeholders’ resistance to the change process. Describe strategies that the leadership team could implement to decrease stakeholders’ resistance. Identify two sources of resistance to change in this organization.
Leadership Activities (Chapter 8)
Referring to Figure 8.1: Activities Contributing to Effective Change Management (Chapter 8, textbook), explain the five elements of successful change management to the leadership team. Identify one or two leadership activities that will help decrease stakeholders’ resistance to change. Explain why it is important for leadership to create readiness for change.
Evaluating Organizational Development Intervention Programs (Chapter 9)
The authors discuss two types of feedback tools that make an intervention program more effective. Identify and describe the implementation and evaluation feedback tools and explain why each is important. Provide one variable you want to measure at the implementation stage, the evaluation stage, or both stages. Table 9.1 (Chapter 9, textbook) lists behavioural outcomes for measuring OD interventions. You may decide that one of these variables is important to this organization, or you may identify a unique variable that is more applicable.
Organizational Culture (Chapter 11)
Thoroughly describe the meaning of organizational culture and discuss its key elements. Next, discuss whether and why the organization has a strong or weak culture prior to the implementation of an intervention program. Explain how the culture of the organization has played a role (if any) in hindering change efforts.
