Purpose: Examine stakeholders’ involvement in the continuous change process and assess how diversity and inclusion affect organizational success. This assignment forms section 4 of the organizational change report to your organization.
Length: Assignment 4 should be 6–8 double-spaced pages, not including the title page and references.

InstructionsUsing what you have learned so far in the course, answer the questions that follow. Use the headings given to structure your paper.
Employee Involvement (Chapter 12)Explain employee involvement to the leadership team and outline two or three recommendations for penguin or meerkat involvement in the areas of power, knowledge and skills, information, and rewards. Clearly indicate the anticipated benefits of acting on your recommendations.
Workforce Diversity and Inclusion (Chapter 16)Explain the meaning and importance of diversity and inclusion (when dealing with change) to the leadership team. Recommend and explain three different diversity/inclusion intervention programs (be creative). See Table 16.1 for diversity dimensions and interventions or apply your own creative insights.
Transformational Change (Chapter 17)Explain to the leadership team how the changes the organization has undergone have been transformational changes. Provide examples of the changes experienced by the meerkats or penguins. Identify at least one characteristic of transformational change that the organization has experienced.
Continuous Change (Chapter 18)Make two recommendations to the leadership team on managing continuous change going forward. Discuss the importance of being a learning organization and an agile organization, and include at least one recommendation relevant to becoming a learning organization and one recommendation relevant to becoming an agile organization.
ConclusionReflecting on the four assignments in this course, write one or two paragraphs highlighting two or three key observations or reflections from your change management work with the penguins or meerkats. Do not introduce new information here or repeat discussion from your other assignments. The purpose of this section is to draw specific conclusions based on your recommendations and interventions to date.
