ScenarioYou work at ABC company in the HR department. Your company has had an unprecedented turnover rate over the past year due to economic influences. On top of a high turnover rate, there has been a lack of candidates applying for positions, thus causing a strain on the company’s output. Your boss tasked your team with marketing the company’s open job positions to help with recruitment and attract a larger pool of talented candidates. Your boss would like you to create a flyer using PowerPoint that is reflective of the 4 Ps of marketing, provide a narrative detailing ethical marketing best practice, and write an analysis that discusses the impact of organizational branding when used in human resources marketing. You will be creating deliverables for your boss’s approval before marketing the position on the website to hopefully increase awareness and attract more candidates.
DirectionsThere will be five deliverables for this project. Your project will follow APA guidelines when applicable and include at least four scholarly sources for the entire project. Deliverable Descriptions Week 2: Job Description Flyer with Voice OverDue by the end of Week 2 at 11:59 pm, ET.
You will use the 4 Ps of marketing to create a flyer using PowerPoint that details an open position. Once you create the flyer, you will create a voice-over presentation describing how you used the 4 Ps to create it and why your team believes it will attract potential candidates. Be creative and think of what would attract you to the flyer and apply for the position. Make sure you address the following when creating your flyer.
Find a job ad of your choosing on the web where you want to apply the 4ps to create your flyer. For this assignment, it does not matter what job postings you use. Try to find a job ad that you feel you can be creative with. This assignment is about exposing your job posting using marketing principles to increase awareness and candidate volume.
To create your flyer, you will use PowerPoint.
After you create your flyer, you will create a presentation voice-over explaining how you used the 4 Ps to create your flyer and why it will attract awareness and potential candidates.
