You are working for Garfield Enterprises and were tasked to create a research paper to evaluate and interpret global issues about the critical aspects of talent management, including selection, motivation, training, development, and compensation. You will give your senior leadership an in-depth understanding of how these issues manifest globally and the strategies organizations can employ to address them.
DirectionsThere will be six deliverables for this project. Deliverable items for the Portfolio Project will be required at different points during the course.
