Email reviewing

To whom it may concern,

I am writing this email because I am very interested in CSP technology, I’m a recent graduate of Loyola Marymount University, M.S. Systems Engineering, with a concentrated technical focus in Electrical Engineering, and my bachelor’s degree is in electrical engineering.

Growing up in a country (Saudi Arabia) that uses Oil as an energy source for everything is not my favorite thing in the world so I had to think about another source of energy to help reduce the pollution that we have in Saudi Arabia specifically and the planet earth in general, by reducing the reliance on oil and gas. The electrical generation in Saudi Arabia uses at least one third of the oil consumption in the country with zero renewable energy source. So, I started relating almost every single project in my educational journey to renewable energy hoping I can bring change.

2011 (The Solar Tent) where People could run a tent on solar while camping.

2012 “senior project” (Design a Solar Tracker) solar panel tracks more light and comparing the efficiency to fixed one.

2014 (Lighting in LMU’s Parking Lots) showing cost analysis, quality and applying project management switching to solar lighting.

2016 “Master’s thesis” (Reliable and Safe Power Solutions for Saudi Arabia) Showing the errors of current system along with the cost analysis, environmental effects, quality, system architecture, project management then presented CSP technology as a main alternative

I would be more than happy to provide you with more information about it if you would like.

I have over 5 years of professional experience working in varied and complex environments, including project management, sales, inventory management, and human resources.  I am comfortable working independently, in groups, and as part of an overall team. I am currently looking to obtain a position that will leverage both my academic and professional work experience while building upon my project management skills in engineering.

As a recent Project Engineer at Schneider Electric my role involved the direct support, supervision, scheduling, and overall project management of medium voltage equipment for various clients, working from concept through to construction. This included the Saudi Electrical Company, the Ministry of Energy, Industry, and Minerals, the Ministry of Water and Agriculture, as well as other governmental institutions. Responsibilities involved the coordination and liaising with clients and in-house departments, including Quality Assurance and Testing, Design, Cost Estimate, Risk Management, and Assembly & Production, to ensure clients’ needs were met.

My goal is to obtain a position in an established engineering company such ESolar, managing projects catering to clients in the electrical engineering, electrical power, and technology sectors.  I would greatly look forward to having the opportunity of discussing further with you how I might be an excellent asset to your company. I found out about ESolar doing research about CSP around Los Angeles Area (Sierra SunTower) I was very happy that I found such a company that operates CSP technology witch I hope in future I will be able to move this technology Saudi Arabia.

Regards,

Aziz
