Procedure one title: student’s disciplinary factors.

Objectives: to maintain the school discipline and order.

When the procedures will be introduced modeled and practiced: disciplinary actions are introduced, demonstrated and practiced as per the start of school programs.

Frequency of modeling and practice: the disciplinary actions and punishment shall be applied to those who go against the school rules and regulations.

Assessment and feedback: the teachers and learners will be assessed and feedback given as to their level discipline and time keeping.

Procedure steps or activity: the activity to maintain discipline and order in school will be undertaken. Those caught not going as per the set rules will be punished as per the offence done, this may lead to suspension of or basic punishment to learners.

Procedure two title: students’ good behavior.

Objective: students should respect others rights and maintain a quiet atmosphere for learning in classrooms.

When procedures will be introduced modeled and practiced: at all times students should take good care of their personal belongings and all school equipment’s and property this includes there learning materials provided by the school which should be put in an orderly manner.

Frequency of modeling and practice: students at all times should demonstrate discipline in classroom as stated and at all premises of the school. School rules should abide by them and should not be violated at any time.

Assessment and feedback: assessments should be carried out by the teachers and body of prefects and feedback given as to how the learners respond to the school routine and discipline.

Procedure steps or activity: the procedure to ensure students’ good behavior will be a daily routine of the school and all those caught on the wrong will be punished accordingly.

Procedure three title: safety environment for learning

Objective: creation of a safe environment to students’ learning.

When the procedure will modeled introduced and practiced: to ensure a good learning environment a discipline process needs to be followed at all times by the students and teachers. There should be safe teaching and students should not misbehave in any ongoing program.

Assessment and feedback: feedback should be provided at daily basis on the ongoing learning program, as assessed by the teachers.

Procedures steps or activity: the activity to ensure safe learning environment should be undertaken and to those students or teachers caught in the wrong there will have consequences.

Procedure title four: classroom behaviors.

Objectives: ensuring students’ proper grooming and good manners in their classroom.

When the procedure is introduced modeled and practiced: at all times Students are obliged to show proper consideration to hygiene, simplicity, welfare, and suitability of dress and attendance of school accomplishments.

Assessments and feedback: to the students and teachers there will be assessments carried out to observe the well-being of the learning program and feedback of the ongoing program provided.

Procedures steps or activity: to ensure classroom behaviors are attained in school, disciplinary actions are put in place to punish those who violate the school rules and regulations.

Procedure five title: respect and responsibility

Objectives: establishment of respect and responsibility.

When the procedure is introduced modeled and practiced: in respect and responsibility the school is required to create an environment conducive for learning and character growth. Therefore this is put in place when both teachers and parents come together and impact the pupils with the roles of being responsible and respectable

Assessment and feedback: assessments on how the students are demonstrating respect and responsibility will be undertaken and feedback provided by both parents and teachers.

Procedure steps or activity: the activity to ensuring responsible and respectable students will be as per the set rules and regulations of the school.

Procedure six title: school arrival

Objective: to ensure students arrive at school in time.

When the procedure is introduced modeled and practiced: students are supposed to arrive at school at time stated those who arrive late will be signed in the office of the parent or guardian at the time they arrive.

Assessments and feedback: the attendance policy will be assessed and feedback provided to the head office or the parents to ensure students arrive in school early.

Procedure steps and activity: the arrival of the entire student and the teachers as monitored will be used to inculcate in them the purpose of keeping time and responsibility.

Procedure seven titles: level of discipline

Objective: ensuring a high standard of discipline in the school.

When the procedures are introduced modeled and practiced: the level of discipline for students in school is taken to be the main factor for learners and this is done on daily basis.

Assessments and feedback: the levels of discipline to the students and teachers will be assessed and feedback provided.

Procedure steps and activity: disciplinary measures will apply to ensure that the students and teachers discipline is of high standards.
