The Use of APA Writing Style

The APA writing style has many uses, which include assisting the reader in scanning articles swiftly for key findings and points, as well as encourages the full disclosure of vital information (American Psychological Association, 2017). It also allows the writer to dispense significant research findings with minor distractions, express the fundamental quantitative results’ elements, describe individuals with respect and accuracy, as well as report vital, details of the research. The APA style also enables the writer to cite information from other people effectively, which assists in avoiding plagiarism issues. Most importantly, the APA style will be vital to my chosen topic because it will help me in organizing my research content, citing references, and preparing a detailed manuscript for publication effectively. The APA style pertains to my chosen topic since it will provide my readers with various cues, which they can utilize to follow my ideas more efficiently. It will also enable my readers to locate different information that will interest them quickly (OWL Purdue, 2017).
