Subject: New Procedures for automobile clearing
Crew ,

The annual demand for pre-owned vehicles has skyrocketed in the past few years by approximately 25% every year. This year we anticipate the demand shall hike in the same or higher percentage. This Expectancy has necessitated the employment of additional value assessors as well as the development of new clearing procedures that shall ensure we continue providing the services to our esteemed clients and the ability to meet the anticipated increase in the number of customers. The newly formulated clearing procedures outlined in the attached file shall take effect on January 31, 2017. The procedures can also be collected at the operations manager department in hand copy if need be.

I look ahead for your teamwork and collaboration in the times ahead as we put to practice these new clearing procedures. Feel free to reach out to the supervisors with any arising questions.
In Support,
Bruce Leonard, Operations Manager
