The Communication Process
- First, the sender encodes and sends a specific message.

- Then, the receiver decodes and interprets the message.
- Finally, the receiver may or may not give feedback to the sender.
What is effective communication?
Effective communication is achieved when the receiver clearly understands, accepts, and acts upon the message the sender intended.
