The final paper will talk about the Ethical Culture and the Stakeholders Analysis of Uber. The key points include identifying the significant research question and primary objectives in which the discussion in the main paper will be based upon. The research questions include:

  • What are the ethical challenges facing Uber around the globe?

  • How do the ethical challenges affect its stakeholders?

  • What are the Corporate Social Responsibilities initiatives taken by the company to counter its ethical problems?

The main objectives of the paper will be:

  • To explore and understand the climate and culture of Uber.

  • To understand the ethical issues faced by Uber.

  • To Identify and analyze the company’s code of conducts

I utilized The Quartz Africa Weekly Review, a publication of the Harvard Business School, to critically examine the challenges faced by the corporation regarding ethical issues and practices all over the globe. The paper presents statistical data of the drivers within nations such South Africa, Nigeria as well as other European countries and the world over. The report was structured on the fact that the Uber associates had been receiving challenging problems from their competitive conventional taxi operators.

Besides collecting data from the report, the primary statistical method utilized in the evaluation of the information was qualitative analysis considering that the data collected were through open-ended questionnaires, unstructured interviews as well as findings. Additionally, the final results of the research were successful since they had an influence regarding policy in addition to the execution of the project. The only constraint of the study was the experience with uncooperative operators who caused it to be tough to collect data regarding their company ethical cultures.

In general, the paper outlines how the organization has been affected with comparable opposition across the world. South Africa was pointed out in particular as being a sector of adamant resistance. The main point observed was that the operators were dealing with significant threats to their lives from their competitive associates.

In conclusion, the execution of values practicing for administrators along with workers as well as crucial vendors and agents is necessary. Moreover, the administration should incorporate the ethical responsibilities to the education curriculum. Uber needs to change their internal support frames and meet the global code of conduct or else; it is more likely to break down.

The outcomes, as well as conclusion offered in this research, can be utilized to comprehend that the absence of moral conducts and corporate social responsibility could destroy the reputation of a company and make it significantly less appealing to stakeholders and this can, as a result, lead to profit loss. Nonetheless, I discovered that a company requires first to establish what ethics imply; this consists of guidelines as well as practice and codes of conduct. The company then needs to work together with internal communications to make sure that the specified specifications are disseminated extensively, well grouped together and are delivered in a beneficial manner.
