I am a student from Embry-Riddle schools of Aeronautical University majoring in Aerospace and Occupational Safety. As a student, we are tasked with conducting a tour in line with Solar weather like solar fires and sun spots. This tour is for providing necessary information on the total solar eclipse for the Wayne State College Fred Dale Planetarium (May 2015). A planetarium is a plural name for planetaria which is a theater constructed primarily for presenting entertaining and educational shows concerning astronomy as well as the night sky. Information on the history of planetariums is particularly for training in celestial navigation (May 2015). The oldest and still functional planetarium is found in the Dutch town, has been operational from 1744.

A solar eclipse when observed from the earth occurs when the moon happens to pass between the sun and the earth causing the planet to either partly or wholly cover the Sun (May 2015). The present types of solar eclipse include a total eclipse where the sun is completely covered; an annular eclipse where the sun is directly behind the moon. A hybrid eclipse which is similar to an annular eclipse and a partial eclipse which occurs when the moon is not exactly between the earth and the sun making the sun not to hide completely are also types of the solar eclipse (May 2015). In August 21st, 2017, there will be a complete solar eclipse with a pathway from Oregon to South Carolina. Because the solar eclipse will span the entire United States in a deadly form, it will affect the whole America giving rise to what is referred to as the Great American Eclipse (Writer 2016).
