HR strategies:

1-Hiring qualified people…

This is an essential aspect of concerning for better and quality results for the organization. it must have the right personnel handling its operations. Through this, the company should be providing to the public open positions every 4 months starting from January 2018 whereby they should be active. This will aid in realization of the qualified personnel especially after advertisement of the opening by the company. Another aspect which is crucial is having at least a high retention rate of employees. However, every department has their own employees which mean that, “increased the percentage of the managers with active positions in the year who indicate satisfaction or high satisfaction with the HR hiring support provided, when measured by survey.” (leadstrat.com, 2017). To achieve high retention rate of employees we Provide orientation program every 4 months for new employees starting from January 2018.
New employees should be presented with a clear-cut presentation of how the organization runs, what is required for them and what they should possess in order to ensure that they are fully successful. This is a simple way of helping out a new employee with a whole new place and trying to explain to them the great tasks that are completed and that they should fall into place to produce high quality output. This also applies to the existing employees and managers where if a new model is introduced for the organization, then they should be able to be open minded and learn what it contains. Provide orientation program will help new employees to adopt new work environment and be familiar with SABIC culture and diversity.


2-Safety and health…

This is an organization that deals with the manufacturing of chemicals. Most of them are harmful and for the safety and health of the employee, it recommended to have an insurance cover be provided for the technical personnel who work closely in the manufacturing department. This is crucial because in case of an employee will be injured while at work, the insurance cover will cover for the medical expenses. On the other side, there are chemical gases also produced which can prove to be harmful if inhaled by human beings. All these should be included in a way of trying to curb such tremendous harming of the staff at the organization. So, we provide aplenty of training programs to prevent and eliminate accidents.

1-Safety and health program

All employees at the organization need to be introduce with the various work related injuries and this is important to ensure that whenever one is injured, there should be an immediate reporting of the case. This will help to ensure that a necessary arrangement is made in time so that one is admitted or can be treated as early as possible. This training should be conduct with orientation program every 4 months starting from January 2018.

2-First aid program

Through this program it will be easy for any qualified employee to perform any light medical care to any employee in the case where they are injured or affected by a gas. So, this training program helps employees to treat and cure themselves. this program conduct every 6 months starting from January 2018.

3-Accident prevention program

This is an important program under which all the departments that are connected with production be informed with enough knowledge on how they should wear safety gear so that whenever an incidence of an accident occurs, they will not get injured by any machines. This is simply trying to prevent and eliminate the incidences of an employee being injured while working. This should be directed with a training session on how the safety gear should be used by the possible employees being addressed. This training program should be conduct with orientation program every 4 months starting from January 2018.
3-Training and developing…

Through this, employees will be able to develop a working environment that will help them successful in their routine activities. Development is important on an individual’s work rate. A program that ensures every employee has access to the available services as well as resources for the purpose of attaining daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual targets. This could be a report as sharing program by the HR department, say at the end of the week and also at the week’s beginning.

Development on a personal level:

Building a culture of learning in the organization for both managers and their subordinates will enhance their performance to be excellent. This will provide a quality assurance for the organization which by end of the day, it will be easy for everyone to access the services provided. This is achievable through ensuring that all employees within HR department to be fully trained in using our new SAP software by January 1, 2018.

Software training program:

Since the company runs on the SAP software program, there should be sessions every week to assess the way they have been doing their work and hence introduce them to this program. This will be an easy way of helping to understand the organization’s requirements on matters of achieving.

4-Performance evaluation…

This is the main area concerned by the human resource department. It is one thing of hiring and recruiting employees and another familiarizing them with the work environment. In an easy way, these employees should be provided with a training program in the job or off the job. This will help the organization to know how fast the employees are being understandable into the company’s goals, as well as rules, policy and regulations. Also To make sure that this goal is achieved, there should be an assessment at least twice per year which will include evaluation of the employees every 6 months starting by January 1, 2018.

at the end of each year, evaluation should be done to find out if the target was achieved or not. should employees get 80% and above of their grade to get annual rewards.

5-Employees’ engagement…

When it comes to decision making by the HR department, at least there should be a representative of the employees or several of them so that they can be conversant with the new decisions made or any changes made to existing decisions. This will help in identifying what is required of them by the HR department. Also, they will be more commitment to the work and more loyalty, so we conducting Interpersonal skills program:

Developing interpersonal skills is a simple way of helping employees to associate with themselves within a new environment. Where once or twice a year, there will be some kind of meeting, which collecting the employees with each other, and they can either be from the same department or different departments in the organization.

Another aspect to look at this created program that we will see some employees travel overseas, through the help of the organization to visit other production plants. This will improve on the level of confidence and have the experience that is the first stage, they will acquire the knowledge and the holding of the interaction between people and the complete part of the new employees from another geographical area. For example, an employee from the Middle East to visit Europe, and those from the United States paid a visit to Southeast Asia, we will conduct this program at January 2018.

6-Motivation...

To ensure that the employees are completely motivated, there should be fair work between employees also, fair and good decisions. and prevent the discriminated among employees. And also, no over workloads. as management should allow employees to participate in decision making this can be a part of motivation.

Management change program:

In order to achieve the different innovations that could be aligned with the company, the needs to be a management change program under the managers of the organization. skilled to accommodate any task that can be directed to them. the manager of one department is corroborative and now this requires an expert a new manager to take over the department. There should be clarified procedures which should be followed to ensure that the transition is as successful as it should be and, no gap is felt at all. This can only be achieved through training of the new managers by an expert and skillful panel tasked this work by the HR department.

innovation Leadership program:

Each organization has a leader who is in charge of every activity that goes on. The leader has other junior leaders who assist in bringing together the pieces of the company and merging them into one full successful report. The HR department should come up with a leadership program whereby the employees be split into groups, for instance, 10 each under which they should have a leader of their own. With this, the leader of each group is task with management issues and reports have to be submitted on the occurrences of the groups, what they do on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Advance presentation skills program:

Every department has its own meeting. With the many tasks assigned to them, there should be a presentation skills program which is advanced and can help the parties in question to design presentations that are appealing to both the organization leaders and stakeholders. This is a way of guarantee that the organization market its quality services to the whole globe.

Time management program:

Time is the most valuable thing in an organization can acquire. This is because through time, the set goals, strategies etc. a company can project whether it will be able to meet all of them or fail to do so. This prompts the initiation of a program that will help in the management of time during the working hours of the organization so as to guarantee all the set goals. in the organization requires that the level of quality production by the employees must be 80% or over, by the end of the set financial year, this can only be achieved by setting out clear objectives and what should be accomplished on a monthly basis so that it is easy to project it. we conduct this training program once a year starting by January 2018

Stress management program:

There are employees who are a workaholic and they love doing their job. Others have their own issues and this can be extended to the work place which in turn decreases their work rate. A stress management program is a main way of serving such employees in that they can be counseled by professionals with the purpose of tracking their problems. When found, the problems can be solved and they recover their working abilities.

Besides the HR department employing staff, it also has a mandate to terminate one’s contract as long as there is enough evidence to connect them with a malpractice while working. Here, there should be an accounting principle and best practices program under which all employees under the finance department are reviewed from time-to-time to ensure that the records they present to management are clean. it should be taken into consideration that not only from the finance department but also from the whole organization be availed with this program so as to work in a clean environment.
