Chart Explanation

The above chart is one that explains about the leaders found in the Midland Company. The boxes are arranged in groups of four. The first box on each line is filled in with words in black font; these are managers and supervisors that control the other employees in the other three boxes. For instance, under the administrative manager we have the administrative assistance, word processor I and word processor II. In other boxes we have a leader with the employees he/she controls in brackets.

Operational Plan Explanation

The above table is an outline of the tasks that will take place before we move to the new offices on June 8. The staff is expected to receive a copy of this memo. In the table I have listed the fifteen primary activities that will be carried out to ensure that the process is a success.
