Kim and Park (2014). Attitudes toward Suicide.

Kim and Park (2014) conducted a between subjects study with three groups (Non-Korean students in US; Korean students in the US; and Korean students in Korea) and two genders (male and female). The total number of participants in the study = 361. A series of two-way 3 x 2 between subjects ANOVAs with 3 participant groups and 2 genders (male or female) were run to determine if there were significant differences between groups with regard to attitudes about suicide. Attitudes included: that suicide is 1) permissible, 2) unpredictable, 3) preventable, and 4) it is right to try to prevent suicide.

Review the data below and write the findings of the study in APA format using these data. Hint: Determine if there were any main effects and interactions that demonstrated significance and present those findings. Include the effect sizes. Then discuss the post hoc findings of the significant findings. Include in your discussion of the post hoc findings the significance, and the means and standard deviations of the groups that were significantly different. You can also include discussion of the main effects and interactions that were not significant.
