Apple Inc

Name

Institution

Apple Inc is one of the most success information technology companies in the world. The company is known for its innovative products that focus on setting the pace in the industry. The success of Apple relies on the ability of the company to get talented workers, motivate them and find a way to keep them interested in achieving the company mission objectives.

The HR strategy in Apple has a significant impact on the success of the company. First, the company focused on recruited committed and hardworking employees. In some cases, Apple can go to the lengths of courting hardworking employees who are working competing firms (Management Training, 2013). The goal is to get the best talents at all costs because the management focuses on the long-term role of the employee in the overall success of Apple Inc. Apple does not offer information about opportunities in other departments, which leaves to the employees to find out for themselves. The notion is to keep employees working hard, which is why the company pushes them to own their career paths. Employees are expected to seek the available training opportunities and do it themselves. Basically, Apple provides opportunities but leaves for the hardworking employees to identify these opportunities and use them to advance their careers.

The company can improve when it comes to individual management of employees. In some cases, it is better for the company to push talented employees in the right direction bearing in mind that once they get the mind to excel, they will contribute to the success of the company. The company can consider courting students while at school to get fresh minds that are ready to learn the culture of hard work and commitment at Apple Inc.
