A wedding registry as well as other companies are focusing on various ways to increase their operations. Product assessment, technological aspects, customer care services and marketing strategies are some of the key aspects that the company should focus on in terms of promoting their services. For the wedding registry, the improvement of customer services has impacted directly on the event of its sales. Therefore, this has contributed a lot in terms of trust and ranking by its customers. Despite the progress that the Millennials is making towards technological sector in offering services to its clients, it is also facing some constraints that need a solution as quickly as possible to maintain its position as the best registry. The solutions suggested by the experts are viewed in terms of personality test and suggested items for the registry. Personality test or assessment is widely used by various companies in hiring and employee development practices (Cohen, R. J, Swerdlik, M. E, Phillips, S. M., 1996).

Some of the importance of adopting this culture include, helping the registry to have a deeper awareness of its employee’s in terms of servicing and professional skills. This will definitely reveal the employee competency in adopting new technological trends in the registry. Secondly, personality test helps the employer to understand the values and preference of the employee or customer. This will help in identifying what both of them need from you as the company to maintain the engagement. Personality tests has for long time, improve the relationships of the company and its client. This aspect has led to the promotions of the sale and marketing as a whole. However, the challenges related to this method have been subjected to the cost. It is costly in a way that conducting the process may take longer time, hence divert the attentions of the employer. This can reduce their concentrations, hence lower production may be achieved. Alternatively, personality test involves total assumptions in that the results from this process may not actually reflects the preference of the client.

On the item or product side, the registry should be careful to select the proper item needed by their clients. Moreover, the company should be able to analyze each product and their views in terms of the client’s demands. By doing this, the registry will be able to meet the demand of their customers on time. Hence, when customers make an order for certain products, the registry will be able to serve it on time because of its availability in store. Secondly, identifying the items in advance, helps the registry to save more time. A lot of time that could be used in selecting an item when the new order is required will be saved because the registry had already acquired all the needed products in store. This can help to improve the efficiency in terms of delivery of items. However, some of the disadvantages of using measures occurs when the company identifies that the sale of product selected had been exhausted by their competitors in the market.

Finally. The suggested item may be obsolete and their demand may not be in the market. This can arise increase the registry do not conduct thorough research on the items that are in demand.
