The answers :

we selected 3 employees from SABIC Company
-manager operation
-security assistance for the manager operation
- cleaner
and we interviewed them we calculated their score and this is what we got
your job to do the Q 3
3- Based on tasks 1&2, propose job redesign strategies for the identified job and discuss if there are any other aspects of the job apart from the characteristics given in the job characteristics model that need redesigning. Suggest suitable redesign strategies for the same.
so according to the table below we put the scores on skills variety , task identity , task significance , autonomy , feedback from job itself and feedback from others for 3 employees ( High level employee : manager operation) (Medium level employee secretary assistance for the manager operation) and ( Low level employee : cleaner)

more related information :
recommendations for everyone if one has 3 lucks ; in autonomy , feedback , and task significant or anything we will do the recommendation based on all these problems that the employee has !
employees who have high level we can not let them have autonomy till we do task identity or improving employees weakness ( luck or shortage in any task ) so by giving them training programs or any recommendation for example providing them suitable environment or feedback we can use 360 degree to improve them then for training after 6 months of training we can give them the autonomy for these 3 employees
and the points that they are excellent at we can give them things that keep them motivated also recommend this part and talk about the thing to give the employees.
give examples don’t say we have to motivate them just like that talk more what should we give them in the training or environment or any thing that you will talk about in the recommendation

and for every one we should do the job description you can find for the Subic company itself or anywhere that's fine from Google
consider that it's a chemical company and you can read about the company better https://www.sabic.com/en
