Happiness doesn’t mean being rich, well being happy is the things that make you feel satisfied     everyone wants to be happy but what’s the secret behind being happy? Happiness can different from one person to another because each one of us has his or her own stander that makes us feel happy. I believe that is essential in our lives.so happiness in general is combination between satisfaction and being surrounded with the people you love, happiness is good for our health and it helps you to live longer happy people are more productive and usually rich happy people are also creative in thoughts and ideas and generous as well so happiness is all about being successful and being loved by your family and friends.

I read a lot of books about happiness and I personally think the real meaning of happiness is when I make my parents proud of me and getting high grades in my studies this will make me feel the happiest being a successful person will make everyone feel happy being satisfied with what you have will always make you be thankful and blessed and of course happy.one of my favorite books about happiness I have read recently is called   (The Art of Happiness by the Dalai Lama) and it says At the point when life gets confused, make a stride back and help yourself to remember your general reason or objective. Think about what will genuinely bring you joy and afterward reset your needs in like manner; this can give you a crisp point of view on what heading to take. When you read this book you will feel that life is still good and people are also good it will give you hope in life which is needed sometimes.

I also recommend everyone to read this book by David J. Schwartz because it has many motivational quotes that will make you feel happy and hopeful this book is called The Magic of Thinking Big and its says that trust should be possible and you will succeed. When you truly trust, your brain will discover the approaches to do it. Having faith in an answer makes ready to making that arrangement a reality. Other than reading books about happiness I recommend people to believe in reality and always be positive because god is always here for you.

In conclusion bliss is hard to characterize in light of the fact that it implies something other than what's expected to every unique individual. No one can completely comprehend or encounter someone else's emotions, and we as a whole have our own specific interests from which we take joy. A few people, for instance, infer a feeling of fulfillment from winning cash or making progress, while for others, wellbeing and family are substantially more essential. In the meantime, a scope of different sentiments, from fervor to tranquility, might be related with the possibility of joy, and a similar individual may in this way feel cheerful in an assortment of various ways.
