Student Name

Introduction

This should be the introduction to the paper. “The introduction should be short…and self-contained” (Mitchell et.al, 2013 pp.34). This component should foreshadow the rest of the paper by introducing the topic. Outline the points below.

Helping Process

Components

In this paragraph define the three components of the helping process: assessment, planning and implementation. Make sure to cite in this section. Use summary citations and/or direct quote citations.

Paperwork and Participation

In this paragraph discuss the significance of case review, report writing, documentation and client participation in the helping process. Make sure to cite in this section.

Strength Based

In this paragraph discuss how a strength based approach can be used throughout the helping process. Make sure to cite in this section. Hint: the additional resource for week one is a great resource for this section.

Ethical Considerations

In this paragraph discuss the ethical considerations that apply to the helping process. Make sure to cite in this section.

Conclusion

The conclusion should parallel the introduction by restating the claim, restating the issue’s relevance and summarizing the main evidence presented in the body paragraphs. In three to four sentences summarize the components of the helping process, the significance of paperwork, strength based approach and ethical considerations. In one sentence make one last statement about why this helping process is important.
